Happy Birthday Victoria

Today, at 402 AM, my lovely daughter turned 3. It is truly amazing to watch her progression. Each day she learns something new and generally brings joy where ever she goes. This day always makes me remember the tough days we had 3 years ago, however we have reaped the rewards of those struggles ten times over. So, please join me in wishing my beautiful daughter, Victoria, a happy 3rd birthday. -Rod

One of the first pics taken of Victoria in the NICU. She still has tiny scars on the top of her hands from the IVs.

Victoria today. A little disappointed that school was canceled, but happy as usual.

Happy Birthday Victoria!!!!!! We remember Jeff calling us to tell us about your birth, and how hard we prayed for you. Look at you now! 3 years old and ready to take on the world. :)

Kristin, Rod, and Miss V-WOW! How time passes us by. I can't believe that it has been 3 years already. What a beautiful, wonderful, happy, and charming daughter you have. I am sad, yet happy for you. I can't imagine what the three of you went through, but look at you now!!! She is beautiful beyond words. Happy Birthday Miss Victoria and many, many more to come. The kids were so excited this morning that they couldn't go back to sleep because of this snow day. I wish I could get a snow day! God Bless you V, and God Bless your mom and dad. You really do make your dad melt into putty, it is a nice side of him to see!!! The Packards

Rod, you are the first person to "legally" call me Jaja. I'll not forget that phone call. Busha and I have looked forward to every step along the way with unimaginable joy! Thanks for all you do for and with Victoria.

Happy Birthday V, we had a great party. What a treat to hear that you were disappointed that you couldn't go to school!
