V decided she needed to have a picnic with all her friends. They came down from the toy room two at a time until the attendance was just where she wanted it :)

Our heritage

Victoria's class was given the task of each family creating a gingerbread person that signified their personal heritage. Here's what we came up with for V - a Polish dress, Deutsch shoes, and a little Irish hat to top it off. V drew the face and hair, and the red flowers on the dress :)

We lost probably one of the biggest oak trees on our property the other day in the nasty wind storm that came through.
