Second appointment was at 1:30 PM with the pediatrician. This one didn't take near as long, but we also received good news. Victoria has gained over 8 ounces in the past 6 days. That puts her up to 5 lbs. 15 oz....and almost a chunky 6 POUNDS.
Tomorrow we will spend the day relaxing and watching TV. No more doctor's appointments for 2 weeks. Yeah!
A Parting Shot!
BTW...The State of Massachusetts is requiring Walmart to stock the "morning after pill" following a recent lawsuit. I bet Larry Bird is embarrassed he ever played ball in that state. ;)

Victoria looks lovely in blue. Who would have ever thought taking your baby to the doctor, well 2 doctors in one day, would be so exhausting...the answer is any Mom or Dad who has had to get a baby AND themselves ready to go at a set appointment time ;) She looks absolutely healthy and wonderful. Love and hugs to all of you, Mom
She looks beautiful in blue! She looks really healthy in that picture. I am planning to come down this weekend unless the blizzard really buries us. Can't wait to see you guys.
Oh what a lovely family! Glad things keep getting better and better for everyone. Kristin, unemployment has officially been extended to a year, so hopefully your able to take advantage of all your time......sell Avon or something! hehehe
As far as getting cabin fever.....I'm totally feeling you......and I don't have a solution. I just look at it like I'd rather be home, board with a healthy family then to be outdoors in the cold-sick! Just a few more weeks of winter....
So glad to hear no signs of ROP and she's closing in on 6 pounds!!! You guys have come so far. Can't hardly imagine that you should just be meeting her now. Great news about the previous post and the unemployment being extended -- woohoo on getting to spend the time home w/ your baby girl! Things do have a way of working themselves out... *hugs*
