Victoria now likes to drink water from a straw...
Or straight from the glass.
The former of the two is much less messy, though! She still drinks milk from a bottle, just can't get her to give that up... it's more the security of it than anything, I think.

The cake is ordered and I even did some shopping on Sunday to relieve some of that Holiday stress of "Oh my gosh it's past Thanksgiving and I have nothing done"! I thought I might get lucky and find "Tickle Me Elmo", but I got a substitute instead & the blocks. I did manage to get my outside Christmas lights up on the house Saturday while it was nice outside too after much frustration and crying from lights only half working!! I hate the commercial Christmas!! Anyway it was worth it all to see the look on Faith's face at how pretty they are and she ran in the house to tell mommy and daddy! Seems like Victoria's Mom did something very similar ;) And you're right, the bottle especially in the evening always seemed to be the last one to be given up. Love and hugs, Mom
Thanks so very much for letting us watch Victoria grow a little and play a lot. Glad I had a chance to show her the "presso" ritual. The bottle milk feeding is still a wonderful way to connect. Soon that will move to the next part of all of your lives.

Sydney seems to think that whatever is in the straw she should have, since I gave her some water via a straw. No Diet Coke for her yet!
