Week in review
This week found us on an unexpected (well, expected eventually, but not so soon) trip back to West Virginia. We got the call last Saturday that Rod's grandpa passed away, so Sunday we packed up and headed down. We got back last night after spending the week visiting with friends and family.
The first few days we were there the weather was beautiful. By the time we left, it was cold and snowing!

Thank you so much for the photos. They brightened an otherwise looong driving day. In Kentucky now, it is 29 degrees and the water weeping from the sides of the mountain has frozen!!

So sorry to hear about Grandpa's death. Glad the weather was nice part of the trip and certainly Victoria looks like she had fun in the flowers. Great photos! We're looking forward to seeing all of you soon. Happy Easter! Love and hugs, Mom

Sorry the pre-holiday included Granpa's passing. (A pretty good time though for thinking about death and life.) The older WE get, the older our elders get. I remember granma and granpa from the wedding and liked them lots. "Good people."
