Me: Uh huh
V: Do we?
Me: No.
V: Why don't we got -- why don't we have the plus?

Would make Jaja proud, and for sure makes mama and daddy proud!

Let it snow!

This was after the first round of snow this afternoon, around 4. We'd only gotten 2 or 3 inches at this point. Since it started, it's been an absolutely perfect winter snow. The air is quiet, there's hardly any wind, and the snow has been falling in big, fat flakes. For someone who's not too crazy about winter (me), this is about as good as it gets. Not too cold, either, so we could go out and play. Now, it's been snowing for a good 6 or 7 hours, we're up to at least 6 inches, and it just keeps going! I'm glad I ran to Target and picked up a spare pair of snow pants yesterday.

It could've been worse...

But it was bound to happen eventually. Foolish was I to think maybe we'd missed this seemingly necessary rite of passage.
